Die Bestien des Balgeroth – brutale Vampirdrachen aus den finstersten Tiefen der Unterwelt. Angeführt von ihrem Kriegsmeister Setekh Drakorgaur, durchpflügen sie mit ihrer höllischen Schwarzen Arche die Sternenreiche – und hinterlassen auf jedem Planeten nichts als Feuer, Blut und Asche.
Für die neue Version des Songs Beasts of Balgeroth konnte ich niemand Geringeren als Tim "Ripper" Owens gewinnen – die legendäre Stimme von Judas Priest auf Jugulator, Demolition und '98 Live Meltdown. Bereits bei Bloodking hat er ein paar mörderische Zeilen beigesteuert, aber dieses Mal übernimmt er den kompletten Gesang – und was soll ich sagen: Es ist absolut mega cool.
Als langjähriger Fan von Judas Priest – und besonders vom Jugulator-Album – ist es für mich eine riesige Ehre. Und hier ist er:
Beasts of Balgeroth.
Der Track wird auch auf dem kommenden Legions of Metal-Album vertreten sein.
The Beasts of Balgeroth – savage vampire dragons from the darkest corners of the underworld. Led by their ruthless warlord Setekh Drakorgaur, they sail through the stars aboard their hellish warship, the Black Ark, leaving a trail of blood, fire, and devastation on every planet they touch.
For the new version of the track Beasts of Balgeroth, I had the honour of bringing in none other than Tim "Ripper" Owens – the legendary voice of Judas Priest on Jugulator, Demolition, and '98 Live Meltdown. A few years ago, he laid down some killer lines for Bloodking – but this time, he’s taking on the entire song. And what can I say? It’s absolutely crushing.
As a lifelong Judas Priest fan – especially of the Jugulator era – this is a dream come true.

The track will also be featured on the upcoming Legions of Metal album.
